I founded BarnRaiser to offer a better way in homebuilding. Too many projects left homeowners frustrated by unclear budgets, shifting timelines, and poor communication. We knew it could be different.

Osborne Brown

FOUNDER & GENERAL CONTRACTOR
A Greenville native, Osborne earned his BA in Economics from Wofford College before pursuing his passion for building. He draws inspiration from traditional craftsmanship and timeless design, and he’s most at home working alongside clients and craftsmen to bring a vision to life.
He has continued his professional development through advanced training at the Shelter Institute’s Timber Frame: Purely Post & Beam course, deepening his expertise in enduring, precision-built structures.
Jessica Brown

BUSINESS MANAGER
Raised in Charleston’s Lowcountry and now rooted in the Upstate, Jessica assists with systems management, back-end administration, and marketing. She holds a BA in English from Roanoke College and has years of experience in the community development nonprofit sector, prior to becoming a mama. She has an eye for decorating and is learning more about interior design so that in the future, she can blend creativity with practicality to guide clients through the design process, helping shape homes that align with their values and the way they live.
