After years of disrepair, we are excited to breathe new life into this 120+ year old home. Stay tuned as we upfit this home to its former glory!
The original house was balloon framed using timbers likely cut within a mile of the property. Original heart-pine floors were too damaged to restore, but we were able to match their replacement to maintain the home's character.
The unfinished attic had 15' of ceiling height at its peak, so we decided it was the perfect place to add a third story!
