Family Addition: Gower
After a tree crashed through the roof during Hurricane Helene, our client took the opportunity to reimagine this home’s layout. We designed the kitchen with custom cabinets, a walk-in butler’s pantry, upgraded lighting, and a beautiful dutch door leading to the back patio.
The dining room desperately needed more natural light, so we brought in a new wall of windows to match the new energy-efficient Sierra Pacific double-hung windows throughout the home. We continued the push for efficiency with a foam-sealed and conditioned attic, which drastically improved both the air quality and energy bill.
The new master wing features a spacious bathroom, laundry area, and a home office over the carport to make this home just right for this family.

We opened up the galley-style kitchen to improve flow throughout the primary living space.
Spray foam insulation was a must-have for this client.
