This structural stunner features a three-story porch anchored by steel columns — set in place by helicopter lift! The top level connects seamlessly to the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living rooms, creating the perfect backdrop for sunset grilling over the golf course. Inside, we installed custom wainscoting and trim throughout the entire main floor.
