On a tight lot, the smartest move is often up instead of out. his home on Cammer Avenue just off of Augusta Road was once a 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow. We removed the original roof and added a full second story with three bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, and a generous screened porch. The result: significantly more living space without sacrificing additional yard or charm.
